One theme.
One token.

Each basket holds Robinhood Stock Tokens from one theme: quantum, space, power, AI cloud, optics or defense. Pay USDG once and it buys every stock in the basket.

The baskets

Equal value in every stock at launch, then each basket drifts with prices like anything you buy and hold. The 24h move is every holding's Uniswap price over the last day, at the basket's weights.

  1. 1

    Pick a theme

Every basket is its own token with a fixed list of stocks. Nobody can change what's inside after launch.

  2. 2

    Pay with USDG

The app buys every stock on Uniswap in a single transaction, routing each one the cheapest way, and shows the full cost before you confirm.

  3. 3

    Sell or take the stocks

Sell back to USDG in one transaction, or redeem your shares for the stock tokens themselves. Redeeming needs no pool, so it always works.

No ownerThe basket contracts have no admin and can't be upgraded.
Your limitsEvery buy and sell has a price limit you set. Past it, nothing happens.

Risks

Read these before you buy.

Market risk

A basket is worth what its stocks are worth. If they fall, it falls. No hedge, no leverage, no yield.

Trading costs

Uniswap pools for these stocks charge 0.2% to 7% per swap, plus price impact. The app shows the all-in cost of every trade first.

Thin pools

Some stocks trade in small pools. Big orders move the price and may fail. Split them, or redeem in kind.

Unaudited

The contracts are tested but not yet audited. Only put in what you can afford to lose.

Issuer risk

Robinhood Stock Tokens are debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They track a stock's price and carry no voting rights.

No rebalancing

Holdings per share are fixed. Weights drift as prices move, and nobody rebalances them.

Questions

What is one share worth?

One share was worth $1 at launch. After that it's the current value of the stocks behind it, at Uniswap prices. The app shows it live.

Where are the stocks held?

In each basket's own contract, as Robinhood Stock Tokens. Anyone can check the balances on the Robinhood Chain explorer.

What does it cost?

Buying or selling through the app costs the Uniswap pool fees and price impact, plus a 0.1% app fee. Redeeming shares for the stocks themselves is free.

Can a basket change?

No. Holdings are set when a basket is created and no function changes them. A new mix would be a new basket.

What if a stock can't be sold?

When you sell, any stock the pools can't absorb is sent to your wallet as the stock token instead of blocking the sale.
